用料
主料:鸡翅10只、可乐700毫升、酱油少许、生姜3片
做法
1.鸡翅对切成两半,为了好看,也可以在里面划几刀,不切断

2.加入生姜片按摩腌制,可以加少许料酒,这样鸡翅的腥味才能去除。也有省略这一步的,觉得鸡翅的腥味不重,我个人是比较喜欢先去腥

3.锅中擦少许油,如果是不粘锅就不需要加油,直接干煸鸡翅,煸出油份

4.煸至鸡翅皮紧实即可翻面

5.加入姜片,辣椒继续煸炒,直至油份煸炒出来,鸡翅表面金黄

6.加入可乐,至少没过鸡翅,大火烧开,小火慢慢炖,可以稍微加一点点酱油上色提鲜

7.小火,一定是小火慢慢熬,最后收汁。一直到比较干的程度,才会好吃,将所有汁水的味道完全收入鸡翅
