材料
凉粉草、苏打粉、片栗粉
步骤
1、把凉粉草剪成小段;

2、再倒水将凉粉草冲洗干净,倒掉脏水就行;

3、然后在锅里倒入沸水;

4、倒一小勺小苏打,拌匀煮沸;

5、然后加入洗干净的凉粉草;

6、在煮的过程中,凉粉草会浮出,可以用锅盖压下去。小火熬煮30分钟后,关火;

7、揉搓5-10分钟,把凉粉草里面的胶质弄出来后,将液体滤出;

8、舀一勺凉粉草煮出来的水倒入片栗粉中,搅匀;

9、再将片栗粉混合物倒入大碗中,拌匀;

10、小火熬煮半个小时,不停搅拌,防止结块;

11、熬稠后,放入冰箱冷藏1小时,再取出切块即可。

1杯面粉、2汤匙淀粉、半茶匙盐、1杯水、1茶匙食用油
做法
1、把面粉、淀粉、盐倒入碗里,一边搅动一边加水,调成稀状混合物;

2、再加1茶匙油拌匀后盖住,静置半小时;

3、在煮锅里倒1/3深的水煮沸,关火,给铝制的平底盘刷一层油,倒上少量的面粉混合物,摊匀,使液体盖住整个盘底;

4、放到笼屉上后开火,在沸水中摊制凉皮;

5、5分钟后熟透,将盘子取出,让它浮在凉水上冷却半分钟,凝固成型;

6、再把凉皮摊到案板上;

7、切条,凉拌食用。

8、调制凉皮时,准备辣椒油、醋、食盐、蒜蓉、黄瓜丝、葱花就行,可以根据自己的口味来调。

1、平底锅用中火加热后,倒入食用油,再打入鸡蛋,让蛋液在锅底摊匀;

2、直到蛋饼的两面都变成褐色;
