我很爱吃肉松面包,但我自己只会烤土司面包,或者欧包一类,花式的面包做得不多,想着吃肉松面包了,就到外面去买点当早餐。最近爆出新闻来,说肉松居然还有半荤半素的,一大袋子35元,可以做多少多少个肉松面包……
好吧,不到外面买肉松面包了,自己家里烤面包,做馒头,换着花样吃早餐。今天买了点大馒头,放在冰箱里,蒸着吃嫌味道淡,煎着吃担心油大,就用烤箱烤着吃,刷一层蛋液,再刷一层薄薄的橄榄油,烤得香喷喷的,还做成了黑胡椒的咸口和可以沾蜂蜜吃的甜口,两种口味,一块甜一块咸,爱吃哪种吃哪种。

辅料:鸡蛋1个,油20克,海盐适量,黑胡椒碎少许

馒头切一厘米左右厚片,鸡蛋打成蛋液

烤箱预热,180度烤上下火15分钟
